Good to Know
Extra Hours
Need more time? Add extra hours for $200 each.
Travel
Serving Houston and surrounding areas, based in the Memorial area 77043. Travel is free within 20 miles. Beyond that, it’s $2 per mile.
Setup & Standby
Setup is always free, and we arrive about an hour before your start. If you want us ready earlier, standby time is $50 per hour from your ready-by time to your start.
Booking
Events less than 6 months away: 50% retainer to reserve your date, and the remaining 50% is due 14 days before your event. Events more than 6 months away: 25% to reserve your date, another 25% halfway to your event, and the remaining 50% is due 14 days before.
Payments
A 3% surcharge applies to credit card payments.
Rescheduling
One free reschedule with at least 14 days’ notice.
Cancellations
If you cancel, your retainer is non-refundable. Cancel more than 14 days out and any other payments are refunded. Within 14 days, the full balance is due. Full refunds apply if we cancel or for qualifying unforeseen events. See your rental agreement for details.
