Event photos
Photos taken at your event are delivered to guests by text, email, or QR code, and to the event host through an online gallery. Galleries are available for 30 days after the event. As described in our rental agreement, we may use photos taken at events in our portfolio, on our website, and on social media. Guests who prefer not to be featured can let our attendant know at the event.
How long we keep information
Online galleries are available for 30 days. We keep booking, contract, and payment records as long as needed for business, tax, and legal purposes.
